Q : Are you selling vintage clothing?
A : Yes! We sell items that include characters such as Disney and Looney Tunes and brands like Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Carharrt, etc. Some items we have are dead-stock which means that it is vintage but it has never been worn so we make sure to label those items, “ DEADSTOCK.”
Q : Is vintage clothing sizes same as current sizes?
A : No, the clothing shape is different with the current shape. MANY vintage fashion is smaller than current clothing. We handpick and wash all of our items. Some items may have shrunk or stretched. We include tag size and actual size (measuring size) at the bottom description of each item. It is important to check the measurements because an item may be labeled “XL” but the measurements may be smaller.
Q : What’s the difference between black wallpaper and white wallpaper?
A : We want to make sure that our items are shown properly so we decide whether the item looks good with a black or white background.
Q : Are you selling Men’s clothes?
A : We currently sell men’s size, women’s size, and kids size clothes. If the item is not labeled, it is sized as men’s, but if we do label the item, we will put either “Kids” or “Ladies.”
Q : Do you have this specific item?
A : We have a search bar on the top left of our page so you can look up the item by the title or type in the numbers at the end of the item title.
If you cannot find it, you can always contact us and we can help you find it! Please keep in mind that we sell USED clothes so we do not know if the item will be restocked.
Q : I saw this item on Instagram but I did not find it on the website?
A : Some items sell out very quickly.
If you could not find the items, it may be sold out. You can check sold items under the “SOLD ITEM” tab on our website.
Q : Do you have a physical store?
A : We currently do not have a physical store.
Q : Can I pick up my purchase?
A : There are no pick ups available. We only ship out our items.
Q : I live out side the US. Can I still purchase your items?
A : Yes!

Q : How long will my order take until it arrives?
A : U.S.A. Domestic : Within 1 week
International : 2 weeks
We usually ship our orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday except for national holidays. Your order may experience a shipping delay due to COVID-19 and holidays. There also may be complications in the shipping facilities due to cyber attacks or strikes (depends on the current state of the country). Once you receive the shipping code from us, please look out for updates and be aware as to when it will arrive.

Q : I sent the wrong shipping address. How can I update it?
A : Please contact us ASAP. If we still have the item at our office, we will change it. If we already shipped your item, please contact both the shipping company and us but please also know that for most cases, we are not able to change the address. If the package is returned to us due to invalid address, it will cost additional shipping fee to reship it. If the package is delivered to the wrong address provided, it is not refundable.
Q : I did not get a conformation email. Where can I find it?
A : Sometimes, our conformation emails go to either the spam or promotion box.

Q : I tracked my order and it says that it was delivered, but I still have not received it yet. What should I do?
A : USPS/UPS sometimes send out confirmation emails before they actually deliver the packages. For that case, they usually deliver it within 48 hours after the confirmation emails are sent out. If you still do not receive the package after 48 hours, please make sure you ask all your family members/neighbors if they received it. If you still cannot find the package, please contact your local shipping center regarding the order.
Q : The clothing is a nice piece but had stains. What can I do?
A : Before selling, we wash all of our items but sometimes, there still may be stains still left on it. Even if the item is dirty, you can still wear it and put your own taste into it! You can dye, cut etc to the clothing to make it unique. If you have questions regarding the stain, please feel free to contact us through email or Instagram DM and we can tell you if it is removable or not. It is not guaranteed that all stains will be removed.
Q : Do you guys offer discount codes from websites?
A : There are websites that create fake discount codes for Fishtale Vintage. We DO NOT offer discount codes from another website so please watch out for the fake codes. If you put in a code from a different website that is not Fishtale Vintage, it will not go through.
